Red Dog Creative Solutions is a business development, marketing, and design consulting company focused on helping small businesses and organizations grow and thrive. Not your average consulting company, Red Dog gets into the meat of your business or organization, figures out what is working and what may need adjusting, and devises actionable plans to help you reach your strategic goals. We not only make recommendations but actually do the work for you - giving our clients back valuable time.
When creating the business and marketing plan for the company, Richard and Megan's long-time dog, Ruby, became the muse. In fact, the little "red dog" exuded the qualities that they believe make a company great: trust, excellence, and persistence. As a rescue dog that had been abused by her former owners and found roaming in the bitter cold winter, Ruby needed a lot of care and attention. Even with a warm, loving home it took over a year for her to feel comfortable enough to bark. With time she not only became more comfortable, she became a part of the family.

About Our Partners
Megan Moffitt
Megan's passion for strategic small business growth drove the creation of Red Dog Creative Solutions in 2021. Having worked for both small and large companies in the private and non-profit sectors, she understands various challenges that companies and organizations face. What works for one company or organization will likely not work for another. Finding the right solutions to create strategic success drives her consulting approach.
Megan is often described as honest, detail-oriented, creative, and a problem solver. Over the years, her career led her to various business development, marketing, fundraising, and design roles for government contractors, professional service companies, and healthcare organizations. This experience has led to a wealth of knowledge that she brings to her clients at Red Dog.
Megan graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication in 2002. Go Hawks!
When not working, Megan spends much of her time with family and friends. She enjoys time outdoors, being active, and cooking with her family - especially in their outdoor kitchen. She also volunteers and is a part of various community activities, such as for the Wallace Lake K8 School Advisory Committee, FAVOB Panhandle, and Impact 100 Pensacola Bay Area.
Richard Moffitt
A US Army veteran of nearly 10 years, Richard recently joined Red Dog after a 25-year career in progressive roles culminating as a President of a manufacturing company in the private industry. His breadth of knowledge spans corporate change and governance, business development, government contracting, sales, executive leadership, HR, and recruiting. He has thrived in helping all the organizations around him, both employers and partners, thrive with appropriate and timely advice and hard work.
Richard prides himself on being honest, loyal, and hardworking. An attention to detail shows in his work and dedication to mission completion. The industries that filled his career are the bulk transportation, logistics automation, waste/recycling, biomass/composting, waste to energy, field hospital/military medical, and winery/distillery. This diversity of industries, combined with his progressive corporate roles, gives him a unique skillset to be able to understand our clients’ needs and work with them to fill their gaps in service.
Richard graduated from George Washington University with an AS in Medical Technology and William Penn University with a BS in Business Management.
His down time is filled with entertaining family and friends at their home in his hometown of Pace, FL. He spends time cooking, golfing, fishing, working with his son in Boy Scouts and soccer, camping, and simply enjoying the great outdoors. He has traveled the world but has always felt completely fulfilled at home with his wife and children.
